Through the booking form, we collect: first and last name, phone number, the type of scan requested, and, optionally, a message. We do not collect medical data or sensitive information.

The data is used exclusively to confirm the appointment and for communication related to brAIn services. We do not use the data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

The data submitted through the form is sent directly by email and is not stored on external servers. Communication is protected by HTTPS/SSL. We keep the data only for the period necessary to confirm the appointment.
